Eileen E. Buholtz received her bachelor of music degree from the Eastman School of Music, University of Rochester, in 1973 as a clarinet major with a minor in humanities. She obtained her law degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 1979. She concentrates her practice in insurance defense litigation, commercial litigation, and in estate planning and administration. Combining these skills, she has successfully litigated several contested estate matters including will contests. The first annual Solo and Small Firm Conference sponsored by the Monroe County Bar Association will feature nationally known keynote speaker Carolyn Elefant, Esq., as well as many of our own notable and nationally recognized solo or small firm attorneys. The day-long conference will include ways to create and maintain business, how to hire the the right people, how to create connections to outside resources in running your practice, how to stay healthy and balanced, and most timely, how to use social media ethically without letting social media use you.
