Herbert
J. LePage
Herbert J. LePage obtained
his undergraduate degree from St. Bonaventure University
in 1957 and his law degree from the University of Buffalo
in 1963. He concentrates his practice in the planning
and administration of estates and trusts, in real estate
transactions, and in forming and counseling small businesses.
He is a former Assistant District Attorney. He is an
active member in the Monroe County and New York State
Bar Associates and serves as a pro bono attorney in
domestic relations matters. He is an avid skier and
sailor and has coached local youth soccer and basketball
teams. |

Eileen
E. Buholtz
Eileen E. Buholtz received
her bachelor of music degree from the Eastman School
of Music, University of Rochester, in 1973 as a clarinet
major with a minor in humanities. She obtained her law
degree magna cum laude from Syracuse University in 1979.
She concentrates her practice in insurance defense litigation,
commercial litigation, and in estate planning and administration.
Combining these skills, she has successfully litigated
several contested estate matters including two will
contests. She has lectured for the New York State and
Monroe County Bar Associations on construction site
accidents, New York State Labor Law issues (construction
site accidents), and trial practice and evidence. Eileen
is past vice-president of the Women's Bar Association
of the State of New York, (www.wbasny.org) and serves
as well on the Executive Committee of the New York State
Bar Association's Torts, Insurance and Compensation
Law Section. In 1994 she received awards from the Monroe
County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association
for her pro bono representation to victims of domestic
violence and elder abuse. |
